District Governor Benon Katate visit mukono

On May 18, 2024, the District Governor of the Lions Club of Uganda made an official visit to the Mukono Host Lions Club. The governor was warmly welcomed by the leaders of Mukono Lions Club. During the visit, several activities were conducted, including the cleaning of Kiko Market and raising awareness among market vendors about diabetes, cleanliness, and disease control. Additionally, the governor visited the home for the elderly in Nakisunga, where the Mukono Lions Club donated food items to the elderly residents. The visit also included the installation of a new Lion member and the chartering of a Leo Club.
